Why single and bulk both matter

Single issuance fits day-to-day CPD: a professional finishes a course, and the provider issues one certificate. Call the API with the participant’s details and course info; get back a certificate ID and a shareable link. The certificate is anchored on Arbitrum and gets a unique QR code.

Bulk issuance fits events and cohorts: a workshop with 80 attendees, a conference with 200, or a cohort of 500 completing an accredited programme. Instead of 80 or 200 separate API calls, providers send one request with a list of participants. thriveDispatch generates and anchors every certificate, and returns IDs (and optional download links) for all of them. Each certificate remains individually verifiable via its own QR code and on-chain proof.

How it works for providers

1. Register and get API credentials
   After verification with the relevant council (e.g. Medical and Dental Council), you receive secure API credentials.

2. List your course or event
   Create the course or event on the platform, including CPD points and any pricing. This becomes the template for the certificates you issue.

3. Issue one or many certificates

   • Single: One API call per certificate (professional identifier, course/event ID, completion date).
   • Bulk: One API call with an array of participants; the platform validates, generates, and anchors all certificates (batched on-chain for cost efficiency).

4. Professionals receive their credentials
   Each participant gets a digital certificate (PDF and/or link) with a QR code. Anyone can scan and verify authenticity in seconds, without contacting you or thriveDispatch.

No blockchain knowledge, wallets, or gas fees are required. The API is standard REST — the same kind of integration you’d use for any other service.
